I created Beyond One-Size-Fits-All because some of the most useful information can be found in the differences that generic recommendations leave unexplained.
My work brings together psychology, nutrition, nutrigenomics, functional medicine, and integrative mental health.
I am particularly interested in situations where a person’s real response does not match the expected response: when the recommended supplement feels wrong, when the “healthy” food causes symptoms, when a standard strategy fails, or when a familiar explanation does not fully fit.
